BOGO (Buy One, Get One) items are eligible for return or exchange under our standard policy, with a few extra rules to keep in mind.

BOGO Return Rules Explained

• If you return the paid item, the free item must also be returned — otherwise, the full retail price of the free item will be deducted from your refund.
• If you return only the free item, no refund is issued since the item was complimentary.
• If both items are returned together, you'll receive a full refund for the paid item.
