What Happens When a Label Expires

Return shipping labels are valid for a limited time after they're issued. Once expired, they can no longer be used to ship your return.

Requesting a New Label

Contact our support team with your order number and the reason your label expired (travel, illness, etc.). We'll review your case and, if your return is still within a reasonable timeframe, generate a new label for you.

Late Return Exceptions

We cannot guarantee a new label will be issued in all cases, especially if significant time has passed since your 15-day return window closed. However, we always try to work with our customers to find a fair resolution.
