Velvet Caviar accepts exchanges on eligible items — here's how it works.

Exchange Eligibility

• Exchanges must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• Final Sale and Clearance items are not eligible for exchange.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

How to Start Your Exchange

1. Visit our Loop Returns portal.
2. Enter your order number and the email address used at checkout.
3. Select "Exchange" and choose your preferred replacement item.
4. Print your prepaid return label and ship back your original item.

What Happens Next

• Your replacement item will be dispatched once we receive your return.
• You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking for your new item.
