What Is a Pre-Order?

Pre-orders let you reserve a product before it officially launches or is back in stock.

When Will It Ship?

Estimated ship dates are listed on the product page — please check before ordering. Pre-order items ship separately from any in-stock items in the same order, so you may receive two shipments. You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your pre-order is dispatched.

Payment & Charges

Your card is charged at the time of purchase, not at the time of shipment.

Cancelling a Pre-Order

Pre-order items are not eligible for cancellation after 24 hours, unless the ship date changes significantly.
